A Pair of Tree Huggers

Earth Day...Our Way!I took my pair of tree huggers to a local park to not only enjoy a beautiful spring day,

but to teach them what Earth Day is all about.

We hugged trees...
Picked up trash...
Collected cans...

Had our first picnic of the year...

Played...

and enjoyed ourselves.

Earth Day should be every day! Hopefully my kids will learn that every small thing is a good thing. We can all make a difference in this world. They were very proud of their full bags of garbage. Thank you God for such a beautiful day...and for a safe and wonderful park to play at.
