Can you believe there are 13 five year olds who will all be starting kindergarten in our neighborhood? Neither could we! This is an astonishing amount when you really think about it. That is almost enough children to run a neighborhood classroom. Because there are so many, several parents thought it would be fun to get them all together to get to know one another before their first day of school. All these kindergarten smarties met at the Celebration Park for a night of Back-to-School fun.
Projects were set up at each of the picnic tables.
The Rootbeer Floats were delicious...and the story was very entertaining!
Friendships were made...Won't it be fun to look back on the group picture when they're seniors!
