The kids and I traveled to Glenwood today to help Grandma celebrate her birthday. My Dad and Mary recently purchased a trailer that is parked in the area, so we got to go and enjoy a beautiful summer day in the lake. Grandma LOVES to swim, so this was a gift in itself. I on the other hand, like to sit on the beach. My Dad and I got to spend some quality time discussing life, which the kids and Mary entertained each other in the water. We had a picnic lunch, BBQed for supper, went on a speed boat ride, and then headed home. Thanks for the great day Dad and Mary... & Happy Birthday too!
